Description
The Ortlieb Sport-Packer Plus is a pair of fully waterproof Ortlieb panniers made of tough Cordura fabric that are an optimised size & shape for carrying on a lowrider. The QL2.1 fixing offers quick and comfortable singlehanded mounting to the rack.
The Plus fabric from Ortlieb is the lightest in their range, but doesn’t compromise on waterproofness or durability. Equally hardwearing & tough as their other fabrics, the weight savings are a nice added bonus! For long tours every little bit counts, so the Plus fabrics are a popular choice.
These bike bags are equipped with Ortlieb’s ever reliable QL2.1 mounting system which is easy to use – simply lift the bags by the carry handle and the lock disengages. The bags come with all the mounting hardware you require – no need to buy any additional accessories. And they work with just about any lowrider ‘front rack’ out there.
The Ortlieb Sport-Roller Plus is also a great choice as a ‘gravel pannier’ on a rear rack. The smaller size means you have plenty of clearance on rugged terrain, and carry less stuff than a full tour!
We love the lid-closure pannier range from Ortlieb for how easy it is to stuff your bags full of gear. And to use the buckles to ‘ratchet down’ the lid when you’re ready to get on your way. The incredibly hardwearing polyester fabric used by Ortlieb features welded seams for absolutely waterproofness and we can attest to these panniers lasting you a lifetime of riding.
