What tools and spares should you take on your next bike tour?
Preparing for the worst is part of the process when preparing for a long ride. But even if you don’t need to use the spares you take, they are good to have in your kit.
As a speciality touring shop we have you covered when it comes to spares & tools.
Our main suggestions are as always, solutions for punctures. A puncture will absolutely ruin your day, and is still very possible even if you are set up tubeless. Or are riding with Marathon Plus tyres!
We recommend taking along a patch kit, a spare tube, tyre levers and Dynaplugs for your ride. Whether you need them on your tour this time or not, they will be handy to keep on your bike.
