Revelate Mag-Tank

Description

The Revelate Mag-Tank is a top-tube mounting bikepacking cockpit bag with a magnetic closure. Making this little bag excellent for your snacks or phone, because you won’t even need to look down to open it. Simply flip the lid open using the finger-strap and chow down. This handy little bag is increasingly popular as a way to increase your carrying-capacity by increments. And its especially useful if you’re someone who has experienced the frustration of a sticky waterproof zipper.

New for Spring 2024 is a TPU liner built from the same material as hydration bladders. The liner is easily detachable with velcro for post ride cleaning. No more sticky food messes after your long rides – just pure convenience and functionality.

The magnetic closure also has a mechanical engagement, meaning it self engages to close so you won’t have to waste time fiddling with your cockpit bag. However the large opening & latch closure mean that this bag is not a sealed waterproof bag. The top flap will shed water & mud no problem, but there are gaps that small gummy-bear shaped items can fall through. So be careful laying your bike on the ground when you take those scenic photos!

Compared to Revelate’s other cockpit bag the Gas Tank, the Mag-Tank is just a hair smaller to prevent leg movement from hitting the edge of the flap opening.
