Abus Coil Cable Lock 3506K

The Abus Coil Cable Lock 3506K is the answer to a quick and simple theft protection of your bike.

Recommended primarily as basic protection for inexpensive bicycles in regions or places with a low risk of theft.

This cable lock has a plastic coating which makes it harder to cut using hand tools. However you will need to consider if this level of protection is sufficient for your bike. Using the Abus Security Level rating is the best measure for how safe your lock is. And we at Abbotsford Cycles would consider this lock to be good for running quickly into the shops. Ort for securing your bike where you will be able to keep an eye on it. We wouldn’t recommend a Security Level 1 lock as safe for locking a bike at school or uni or the train station.
