Ortlieb use three different mounting systems for their panniers. These are known as Quick Lock systems because of how easily they secure to your bike’s rack.
The QL2.1 system is easily the most popular, and the most common. This version is exceedingly reliable and you are unlikely to need to replace any parts for at least 5 years. Having said that, we see panniers only needing replacement parts 20 years into their life!
