The Brooks Saddle Rain Cover is the ultimate protection for your Brooks leather saddle. Designed to be used when your bike is parked to avoid getting your saddle getting soaked in the rain.
While Brooks Proofide will protect the leather of your saddle in a shower, a soaked leather saddle should not be ridden for long. Because repeated riding on a wet saddle will deform the shape.
This rain cover is compatible with the Brooks B17, Team Pro, Swift, Swallow, Flyer, B67, B66 model saddles.
Brooks leather saddle’s are some of the most comfortable bike seats you will find, but they do require care. Just like a pair of leather boots or a good leather jacket, you will find your saddle benefits from the occasional TLC.
We recommend you use proofide on the leather every 6 months, or you will find the leather less supple. Less supple leather makes for a less comfortable seat!
