SP PL-7 Dynamo Hub

Description

The SP Dynamo Hub PL-7 is a 6V 3W Output, Front hub by Shutter Precision compatible with Centerlock Disc & 12mm Thru Axle, 100mm OLD. Available in both 28H & 32H.

The ‘7’ series hubs from Shutter Precision are designed to be higher output at higher speeds. So if you were planning to run a USB charging port from your hub while on tour, this is the hub for you. However if you were just wanting a nice dynamo hub, the performance of the ‘7’ up to 25 km/hr is largely the same as the ‘8’ & ‘8X’ series.

Compatibility notes

This hub from Shutter Precision is designed for wheel sizes from 26″ up to 700c/29″. And it’s designed for a Center-Lock disc brake, on a 12mm axle with a 100mm OLD. Ensuring the hub you choose works with your current wheel size, brake type & axle type is critical.
