The Ortlieb QL3.1 Mounting Set will allow you to hang QL3.1 panniers from your bike’s rack.
Ortlieb panniers with the QL3.1 mounting system come complete with this set. However if you were wanting to move your pannier across bikes then this is the solution.
This mounting set will work with just about any bike rack that has 10mm tube diameters. And 10mm tube diameter racks are easily the most common!
