Description
The Ortlieb Bike Bag Tension Strap will allow you to more securely fasten your QL1 pannier to your rack.
Using the tension belt will prevent your pannier from shifting around while you ride. This is especially handy if your pannier is missing the lower anchoring hook.
The tension strap is compatible with all panniers using the QL1 system up to 2006.
